PERFORMANCE TIMES AND PRICES

Performance times may vary for Special Events and non MPC Productions. Standard performance times for Main Stage and Studio Theatre productions are:

Wharf Theatre
   Thursday, Friday, & Saturday performances begin at 7:30 PM
   Sunday performances begin at 2:00 PM

Carmel Middle School
    Friday Evenings begin at 7:00 PM
    Saturday Matinees begin at 3:00 PM
    Saturday Evenings begin at 7:00 PM
    Sunday Matinees begin at 3:00 PM

MPC Outdoor Amphitheatre
    Saturday Matinees begin at 2:00 PM
    Saturday Evenings begin at 6:00 PM
    Sunday Matinees begin at 2:00 PM
    Saturday Evenings begin at 6:00 PM

Advance Purchase: For all Main Stage productions we offer reduced prices for tickets purchased at least 24 hours in Advance


All Discounts are off the full price (ADULT) General Admission ticket.

Discounts DO NOT apply to already reduced tickets (i.e. Seniors, Students, Military, Children, etc...)

AAA: Receive $3.00 off each Adult/Full Price ticket when showing your valid AAA Card.  - not valid for non-MPC Theatre Arts events or Special Events

ASMPC: Receive $3.00 off each Adult/Full Price ticket when showing your valid ASMPC Photo ID Card. Present your current ASMPC Photo ID card at the box office to receive a discount. - not valid for non-MPC Theatre Arts events or Special Events.

Groups: When purchasing 15 or more tickets for a single performance - Receive a 20% discount.  - not valid for non-MPC Theatre Arts events or Special Events

CSUMB Alumni: Receive $3.00 off each Adult/Full Price ticket when showing your CSUMB Alumni Card.  - not valid for non-MPC Theatre Arts events or Special Events

MPC Alumni: Receive $3.00 off each Adult/Full Price ticket when showing your MPC Alumni Card.  - not valid for non-MPC Theatre Arts events or Special Events

MCTA: MCTA members receive 2 For 1 on the Adult/Full Price price to all Main Stage productions.  - not valid for non-MPC Theatre Arts events or Special Events

MPC Staff/Faculty: $10.00 (limit 2 per Staff/Faculty member). - not valid for non-MPC Theatre Arts events or Special Events.

 

All Discounts are off the full price (ADULT) General Admission ticket.

To receive the discounted/promotional price, any offer must be mentioned at the time of purchase.  Refunds can not be given once the tickets have been issued.  All discounts are offered on the full price General Admission tickets, and do not apply to special engagements, fundraisers, or non MPC Theatre Arts department events.  Discounts cannot be "stacked", one discount per ticket.

From time to time other discounts may be available through other channels, such as Groupon®, Daily Deals®, Living Social®, Facebook, or Twitter. These other discounts are special promotions and can only be purchased through the offering distribution channel.


BOX OFFICE POLICIES

WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE AT THE THEATRE?
We recommend you arrive thirty minutes prior to curtain; especially if you have tickets at Will Call.

LATE SEATING - MAIN STAGE
Performances begin promptly. Latecomers will be seated at the House Manager’s discretion, and may have to watch from the top of the rear of the house until intermission. Patrons who exit the theatre during a performance may not re-enter until intermission. This is a policy we must enforce without exceptions, for the safety and courtesy of our actors and audience members.

LATE SEATING - STUDIO THEATRE
Performances begin promptly. Latecomers will not be admitted to the Studio Theatre.  If there is a scheduled intermission patrons will admitted at this time.  Patrons who exit the theatre during a performance may not re-enter until intermission. This is a policy we must enforce without exceptions, for the safety and courtesy of our actors and audience members.  Patrons arriving late will not receive any refund or ticket exchange privileges.

TELEPHONE ORDERS
There is no additional service charge on charge by phone purchases for MPC Productions, if you want your tickets held at Will Call.  There is a $3.00 per order service charge to have your tickets mailed.

NON-MPC THEATRE ARTS PRODUCTIONS, RENTALS, & TICKETS SOLD FOR OTHER EVENTS.
MPC Box Office now provides ticketing services for non department events. For these events there is a $2.00 or $3.00 per ticket service charge whether you purchase tickets online, in person, or by telephone. There is an additional $3.00 per order service charge to have your tickets mailed.

REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY
All sales are final, and there are no refunds. If you are a Subscriber/Flex Pass holder and the tickets in question were purchased as part of a package, they may be exchanged for another performance of the same production. Otherwise, if at the last minute you are unable to use your tickets, you may turn them in as a contribution to MPC Theatre Company. The value of the donated tickets is tax-deductible and acknowledged by mail. Tickets for past performances cannot be considered a donation.
